I will work with you from consultation to warranty. This includes: discussion about site and floor plan selection,  financing, design and finish,  move-in,  and  warranty.  I'll afford you the opportunity to have all your questions answered. I'll also make sure that first-time homeowners are aware of special programs available to them. All consultations are done at no cost. 

Warren Johnson Custom Homes builds a limited number of homes each year allowing personal supervision of every phase of construction. Great attention is given to detail to assure your new home is built exactly to your specifications.
