After 30+ years in retail and commercial construction, I retired to specialize in custom homes. Established eleven years ago, Warren Johnson Custom Homes builds a limited number of homes each year, which allows me to personally supervise every phase of construction, from initial discussions to move-in. Warren Johnson Custom Homes is not a mass producer of homes - each home is built exactly to the client's specifications. Concerned about increasing energy costs, all Warren Johnson homes are Energy Star Tested and Certified and constructed to exceed current energy code by at least 50 percent. I currently serve as Vice President of the Heart of Texas Builders Association, a member of Texas Association of Builders, am a member in good standing of the National Association of Home Builders, am VA Certified and am registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission.
