 After 30+ years in retail and commercial construction, I retired to specialize in custom homes. Established in 1997 , Warren Johnson Custom Homes builds a limited number of homes each year, which allows me to personally supervise every phase of construction, from initial discussions to move-in. Warren Johnson Custom Homes is not a mass producer of homes - each home is built exactly to the client's specifications. Concerned about ever increasing energy costs, all Warren Johnson homes are Energy Star Tested and Certified and constructed to exceed current energy code by up to 50 percent. Each home is contructed to qualify for all available financing options including Conventional, FHA, VA, Texas Vet and USDA. |
